When you join LMI-UK you not only join a franchise that offers a proven concept and a globally recognisable brand, but one that offers support from the Head Office team, our Business Development Manager, our support team infrastructure, and every other LMI-UK Franchisee.

This support includes:

Head Office Staff
The LMI-UK Head Office team, including our Business Development Manager, and support infrastructure is always available to you. Our network of dedicated experts will provide continual support, answer your questions, listen to your recommendations, and provide assistance.

Training
Upon joining the LMI-UK team you will receive 10 days focused induction training and one-to-one mentoring of a leadership programme from an existing experienced LMI-UK franchisee. Training includes how to utilise and teach multisensory learning skills. These and other coaching and facilitating techniques form an integral part of the delivery of LMI training programmes and are what makes us so different. Used together they are a powerful force that enables leaders, managers and individuals to think and behave more productively and effectively.

Franchisee Support Network
LMI-UK hold bi-monthly, two-day regional business development workshops where franchisees are presented with the opportunity to share findings on consumer markets and discuss the introduction of new delivery processes, techniques, and supply methods. In addition franchisees are encouraged to contribute feedback and findings to our LMI-UK Franchise Advisory Board, our franchise intranet, and bulletin board facility.

Each year representatives from LMI franchises in European attend a group meeting where we share success stories and strategies that are adapted and absorbed by attendees so we may all improve the delivery and marketing of our programmes. In excess of 700 franchisees are invited to attend our annual international meetings.

Franchise Advisory Board
The LMI-UK Franchise Advisory Board was established to ensure that a dynamic forum existed where ideas could be developed that would benefit everyone’s business. The Board, headed by an alternating strong leadership team of two franchisees, present regular feedback and progress reports on ideas and issues to the MD for consideration and implementation.

Marketing
All new franchisees are supplied with an LMI-UK Brand CD that contains personalised materials for sales promotions, publicity programmes, advertising and marketing campaigns that are specifically designed to promote your business. We can also supply you with additional support on request such as regional media lists and expert advice on public relations.

Upon joining the Franchise you will have the opportunity to attend a Business Start Up Workshop entitled How To Promote Your Franchise. The half-day presentation will take you from the basic steps of getting your business listed in directories through to the tools required for highly successful regional marketing campaigns.

IT Infrastructure
LMI-UK operate a promotional corporate web site that contains profiles of each of our franchisees together with news stories of their activities, success stories, and testimonials. Every franchisee has access to an Intranet bulletin board where resources and information can be shared, and all have a unique email address together with personalised e-stationery to promote their business each time an email is distributed. The LMI-UK Brand CD supplied to franchisees also contains templates for e-marketing campaigns.

As it is imperative that our franchisees are at the forefront of new technology, we are continually evolving our level of service and operating systems. We are also able to offer telephone support to resolve any IT issues that may arise.
